Developed for advanced and expert riders, the new Ride Antic combines all-mountain versatility with new levels of responsive handling. It's the new centerpiece in Ride's ATV collection, an array of all-mountain boards that include the bestselling Prophet. Besides skate-inspired lines, the Ride Antic has a Thin Construction Sidewall that tapers along the tip and tail for a lower swing weight that makes it easier to rotate in the air. This snowboard is affordable and predictable because it features a Foundation Tuned Core™, one of four Tuned Cores&153; from Ride. Foundation Cores™ give Ride snowboards a lively flex with plenty of strength and durability to take hard hits. Another component that helps absorb impacts is Ride's 90A Slimewalls, a skate-inspired urethane sidewall technology that combines durability with ultra-smooth handling. Unlike the 85A Slimewalls found on Ride's freestyle (Mobility Series) boards, the 90A Slimewalls feature a similar smooth ride with better turning response. Slimewalls help absorb impacts, rather than bouncing your board off of the shocks, so you experience better stability than some unsettling boards designed by other companies. Beneath everything is Ride's successful Fusion 4000 base, a fast sintered base material that's harder and faster than the traditional extruded stuff.
